RESEARCH INTEREST AND EXPERTISE

Research interests are focusing on non-invasive sensor systems for in situ measurements of physiological conditions like growth stage, maturity, abiotic stress (drought, salinity) and diseases. Expertise covers Systematic Design (VDI 2221), Computer Aided Engineering (CAE-Software CATIA), Machine Vison, Hyperspectral Imaging and Image Processing.
